Q: Where do you ship to? How do you determine your rates?
I ship locally (Hong Kong + Mainland China), and internationally (common destinations include the US, UK, the EU, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
Shipping cost has been determined with prices of Hong Kong’s local couriers. I choose only tracked services for package safety, and among those the most cost-effective, yet trustworthy option.
I try to ship to as many places possible. But In the event that shipping to your country is completely unavailable due to courier reasons (especially to those not listed above as common destinations), I will instantly notify you provide a full refund via Paypal.

Q: How long do orders take to ship internationally?
For international orders, packages typically arrive within 2-4 (max) weeks after being shipped. You will be notified via email when the package has been shipped.
Please use the tracking number to keep an eye on your package. Returned packages will be subject to a repeat shipping cost.

REFUND POLICY
All purchases made cannot be returned or exchanged. I will also not be able to provide a refund for an incorrect purchase or a lost package. However, you may get a refund for your order under the following circumstances:
- The item you received was badly damaged to an unusable degree (photo proof will be required).
- You received the wrong item.
- I am unable to find a local courier to send to your location.
